vita Colon also known as Poetic Soul Queen is an Afro-Latina multi-hyphenate creative and owner of a performing and cinematic arts agency called Speak to My Soul. Her platform serves as a safe space for creatives of color, The Soul Tribe, to network, develop and gain access to the tools and resources needed to succeed. She writes to tell the stories of her community to empower, educate and elevate. She believes understanding leads to compassion thus she is always looking for compelling ways to tell raw stories and uplift those that share them with her.
Cèshia Sheree, also known as Queen Phierce, writes and performs through experience as a Philly-native, a special-needs educator, a Child of God, a resource parent, and mostly, a woman.
Davi is a Philly poet known for her raw delivery and compelling topics. She is high school teacher and member of Speak to My Soul’s Soul Tribe. With the Soul Tribe, Davi assisted in organizing, facilitating and hosting various spoken word workshops, a youth conference and events.
Jaz is a Singer, Award-winning Published and Performance Poet, Actress and ASCAP Member-

is a member of the international performance ensemble honoring the legacy of Nina Simone, For
Women Collective. a collection of her personal thoughts and experiences in a conversationalist style.
Spoken word Artist, Writer, and Graphic Artist from Camden NJ born and raised. Has been performing since the late 90's. Is heavily influenced by the Golden Era hip hop Mc's and draws inspiration from our elders and the State of the world today.
Her passion pursuit for truth began with a three-part promise to herself, spoken into a broken mirror. 'Say yes to yourself each and every time you are moved to share your truth. When the time comes... Someone will ask to hear it. Say yes to them, too... Every time. Rinse and repeat'. After just one 'yes' to herself, she indeed faced facing another human being, tasked with fulfilling the second half of her oath. Honouring herself with that first 'yes' meant that she would never ask to be heard again. A poet was born.
